I’m very thankful to have Dr. Stevens as my ophthalmologist. Kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and concerned for his patients. His staff has always been great, as well!
Don’t know if Dr Stevens is a great doctor or not but his staff is surely rude and uncooperative. It is impossible to get a new patient appointment without “records” and the staff is totally unwilling to assist in the records transfer. When I asked for an appointment with one of the groups general ophthalmologists in order to get a “referral’ to Dr. Steven’s I was refused that also. Dr. Stevens and his staff are top notch. Had a great experience dealing win him. Super professional and super nice!
Dr. Stevens is fantastic, as well as Shaina! He's caring, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough in his exams, and detailed in his notes. I was very worried about having to drive to Nashville or Birmingham for a good specialist when I originally relocated to Huntsville, but I was pleasantly surprised to find such an exceptional glaucoma specialist in this small city.
