We moved to Guntersville about 6yrs ago. Found an eye doctor here but was very disappointed in our care and lack of correctly prescribing for our issues. My late parent's used a doctor here in Huntsville but he moved. "Cassandra" is who I spoke to on the phone and loved her dearly! She put us with Dr. R. Keith Stevens, of whom we just saw today! Dr. Stevens is an amazing physician. Kind, caring, knowledgeable. Would recommend him and the Eye Center to anyone, fantastic experience!
I’m very thankful to have Dr. Stevens as my ophthalmologist. Kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and concerned for his patients. His staff has always been great, as well!
Don’t know if Dr Stevens is a great doctor or not but his staff is surely rude and uncooperative. It is impossible to get a new patient appointment without “records” and the staff is totally unwilling to assist in the records transfer. When I asked for an appointment with one of the groups general ophthalmologists in order to get a “referral’ to Dr. Steven’s I was refused that also.
