UPDATE: 7/14/26- Well it has been 8 months since my husband's visit and still no refund! Really is your billing department that far behind?? I have called, stopped in and even sent a formal letter via certified mail. DO NOT go to Dr. Brittany Kay!! My husband went there in November 2025. They made him pay for the visit up front and billed the insurance. When his EOB came he called about getting a refund for the difference which is a couple hundred dollars.
