Had a great exam and experience! Dr. Kay is very knowledgeable and compassionate. By far the best eye exam I have ever had. Easily the best frame selection in the area as well. Lots of designer frames to pick from. Very sad to see lots of negative reviews from people complaining about insurance issues. DO NOT go to Dr. Brittany Kay!! My husband went there in November 2025. They made him pay for the visit up front and billed the insurance. When his EOB came he called about getting a refund for the difference which is a couple hundred dollars. They gave us the run around and even lied about whether the insurance paid or not. Needless to say we had to file a grievance with our insurance and are still waiting for our money back.
My first visit and it had been 3 weeks and still don’t have my glasses. It is very disappointing that I spent $500 plus over insurance and don’t have my glasses.
My children and I have had our exams completed at this office periodically over the years. At my most recent visit, I opted to order a three-month supply of contact lenses. My appointment was on October 22nd, and by November 21st I still had not received the order.
