The receptionist cut me off several times to say a response to something that wasn't relevant. If she hadn't kept cutting me off, perhaps she would understand what my concern was and why I needed to speak with a Dr. Very very rude! Did not like that at all. If I could give a negative star I would. Look into finding a new receptionist please.

I finally found a doctor who can answer my questions and finds solutions to my problems instead of just brushing them off. Seriously happy with Dr. Bains. Thank you
Since Dr. Ng retired, we have been without a family doctor. Since we're both seniors, we decided to get a family doctor much closer to us. Our new doctor wants my husband's medical records. The receptionist at Dr. Bain's office just called and told us there's a $50.00 charge (must be in cash) for transferring the records to our new physician. This really sounds sketchy to me.
