Rude Ritter Dr. Ritter was rude, impatient and arrogant. Although I'm 50 years old, he felt the need to belittle me and lecture me for 15 minutes about smoking, then when I tried to ask him a question about the procedure he wanted to do, he informed me that our office visit time was over and I would have to address any further questions at my NEXT appointment! Needless to say I never made a second appointment!
