Amazing experience. Caring, thoughtful, educational and thorough staff.
I was told at end of procedure Dr. Murray would speak with me about my daughter having wisdom teeth cut out and he didn’t. Also I asked a question about my daughters meds and was rudely told by assistant to listen. I would give 0 for compassion and patience
I had read some of the negative feedback up here, but I went in with a totally open mind. Boy I’m glad I trusted my gut!! This entire staff is AMAZING!! Everyone has been nothing but kind, reassuring and just all around the best! I’m so glad Dr. Murray was referred by my general dentist’s office!! I just hate I can’t give 10 stars!!
Very kind and compassionate office & medical staff. My husband was very anxious the morning of the wisdom teeth extraction. The nurse and Dr. Murray were very attentive! They made sure my husband was comfortable, and talked him through the process before the oral surgery. I would definitely recommend to family & friends!
After waiting for an appointment, getting my daughter to take off from work and college to come home, we had a terrible experience with Dr. Murray and his office. The customer service was exceptionally terrible due to rude front office staff and snide comments by Dr. Murray. Additionally, Dr. Murray was walking around and talking to patients without wearing a mask. We ended up leaving the office and getting our money refunded prior to them completing the scheduled procedure.
I got my one tooth removed in September 2017. It’s September 2018 and my jaw and gum still hurts. They charged me the full price on the consultation then I received a letter from my insurance explaining what they had paid, I asked if I would be reimbursed for the difference. Never got my money back. He had very poor bedside manners. Didn’t address my concerns of pain after my extraction. I took the max of both Ibuprofen and Tylenol after the extraction and still felt pain daily for 3 weeks
Had a consult done and came up with a treatment plan I felt good about. A month later I call to get my first appointment. I was told "they changed my treatment plan" without consulting me and unless I had 3 grand I couldn't even get a appointment !!!!! What kind of crap is that a "doctor" that not willing to even see people without them have a large amount to spend.
Avoid. Office is clueless that one arrives with anxiety about procedures. I was treated like a piece of cattle going to slauter. When I met Dr. Murray, he didn't even introduce himself or shake my hand. He picked up his wireless computer and proceeded to look away from me to talk. Rude beyond all telling. Then, after he left the room to gather his instruments, an assistant came in with the bill and insisted that I pay $400.00 for an extraction prior to the procedure. I walked out.
Dr. Murray is great and so is his staff. I was in terrible pain due to one of my wisdom teeth and his office was able to see me early and schedule my surgery early as well! The staff was efficient and very courteous! I would highly recommend this place!
