We took our then 2 year old daughter here a few months ago for her in-toeing (both feet). After watching her walk for a few minutes and briefly examining her, the doctor recommended we hard cast both feet. The cast would extend her whole leg. She would have to wear the casts for 3 weeks and then get examined. If the intervention was unsuccessful we would cast again for another three weeks and so on.
