I had a fantastic experience My daughter's glasses were accidentally run over, and we were in a bit of a panic. Thankfully, Monica was incredibly helpful and kind. She explained everything so clearly and made the whole process stress-free. I definitely recommend coming here, especially for adjustments
BAIT AND SWITCH. I told salesperson I wanted two pairs of distance glasses for driving and watching TV. Office called to verify about mono- lenses. Before I could return the call, they made bifocals that cost more. When I called to request a change to what I needed, I was told that they were already constructed, a cost correction would not be made, and it is what it is. BAIT AND SWITCH! Poor business practices.
