Brought my dad to get his exam and again to order glasses this week. The staff is phenomenal! They are thorough and you don't feel like you are on an assembly line. If you want to feel cared for and get a thorough eye exam go to them.

I had a fantastic experience My daughter's glasses were accidentally run over, and we were in a bit of a panic. Thankfully, Monica was incredibly helpful and kind. She explained everything so clearly and made the whole process stress-free. I definitely recommend coming here, especially for adjustments
BAIT AND SWITCH. I told salesperson I wanted two pairs of distance glasses for driving and watching TV. Office called to verify about mono- lenses. Before I could return the call, they made bifocals that cost more. When I called to request a change to what I needed, I was told that they were already constructed, a cost correction would not be made, and it is what it is. BAIT AND SWITCH! Poor business practices.
