Si pudiera daría 0 calificación, he estado llamando para hacer cita que me atiendan porque estoy embarazada y me ha sido Imposible una ves que te responden el teléfono te transfieren con otra línea la cual nunca está disponible y te dejan en espera y luego cuelgan. Mi inglés no es perfecto pero trato de hacer mi comunicación lo mejor posible y la persona que atiende el teléfono no le interesa tratar de comprender. I absolutely adore Dr Quiñones! I’m not sure about the previous low ratings but I have been with her since I got pregnant with my first and only child seven years ago. She is so sweet, she does answer any questions I give her (no matter how outrageous), and she does take her time. The front staff is quiet but pleasant. Migdalia deserves a raise!! I was charged a “complex visit” for saying my background and plans for the future on my first visit.. (And I repeat, FIRST VISIT) Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff is rude and they take advantage of patients. If you go here, make sure you are someone that has no intentions to get to know your doctor and vice versa. Don’t say anything about you because she will twist it all up and find a way to charge you. You can’t be nice nowadays.
