Dr. Pack listens carefully to me. And makes me feel confident in my medical decisions.
De Pack listen to my concern over a some swelling and pain [...]. He examined me and sent me for blood test. He stop a medication I was taking. He ordered antibiotics and today I have improved. Thank you Dr Pack for helping me even if it did not concern his area of care.
Couldn't be better
This was a sought after visit with Dr. Pack, which I waited quite a bit for and I was lucky enough to spend enough time with him. His thoughtful responses/review of my cardiac history was an important part of this visit and gave me a boost going forward ( guess I have to exercise after all). I To that end, I appreciate that the conversation bounced around a bit because of my eagerness and that Dr.Pack handled that beautifully, at times re-focusing rephrasing my concerns.
