I was Acute so very sick a doctor said he would not touch me due to my age 47 , go figure. One day after a phone call he had me operated on, so very grateful. Quentin has an awesome bedside manner and will explain things to you you lay terms . I have an autoimmune disease and I will never see another .
Straight forward, extremely knowledgeable, listens and doesn't force surgery. Before seeing Dr Malone I had been operated on by two other surgeons, one who performed surgery that wasn't useful and the second who corrected the first surgery. I went to doctor Malone because being under 40, in constant pain and not wanting surgery was becoming a dilemma. Mr. Malone himself is a very good surgeon although he lacks bedside manner (which is not unusual but nonetheless is not okay). He has helped my husband in the past and has performed revolutionary back surgery which gave him a new lease on life. The ladies working at his office in West Perth however are a different story. Snobby, stuck up, arrogant and unhelpful are just a few words that come to mind. Dr Malone operated on my lower spine ( lumbar L4/5) in 2013. His care, compassion and professionalism left me in no doubt I was in the very best of care. Highly recommend him.
