Was billed for a well baby visit that was covered by our insurance and when I called to ask about the charges I ended up in a screaming match with the front desk clerk Lisa who can hardly be bothered with helping anyone and then received a phone call from the billing representative from Dr. Parvins office who berated me for questioning the bill and said I didnt understand my insurance. I terminated our relationship with Dr. Parvin after being incorrectly billed and yelled at and humiliated.
this Doctor misdiagnosed internal bleeding for stomach virus leading to emergency transport to Denver. her NP tried giving Flu vaccinations to my children after already having the flu that year; making vaccination something to pay for and that's it. she prescribes amoxicillin and honey for everything. i was shocked when she Rx'd antibiotics for an infection and got a call from another doctor took my kids right back off it because there was not an infection.
