There are some crazy random reviews on this. Have had no issues, appointments have been on time, answers our calls at all times, offers excellent advice and has been professional at all times. The receptionist has been fine as well. Most confusing reviews I've ever seen, even the recent 1 star??? I'm so confused.
Absolutely terrible
The person who answered the phone had a terrible attitude. The call was only 1 minute but she seemed very annoyed when the customer made an appointment. Her attitude was rude and she didn't want to see the customer. I felt like I was a criminal when I talked to her. Please change the reception please
The receptionist is the rudest person I have never spoken to. She acts like she's the lord and above everything. She is very impatient with customers. The conversation was less than 2 minutes but she was not patient enough to answer the questions. Very rude person.
