The person who answered the phone had a terrible attitude. The call was only 1 minute but she seemed very annoyed when the customer made an appointment. Her attitude was rude and she didn't want to see the customer. I felt like I was a criminal when I talked to her. Please change the reception please
The receptionist is the rudest person I have never spoken to. She acts like she's the lord and above everything. She is very impatient with customers. The conversation was less than 2 minutes but she was not patient enough to answer the questions. Very rude person.
If your pregnancy journey is one that is less ordinary and not a walk in the park (which is extremely common for many couples), suggest you look for another OBGYN. Unfortunately we spent alot of money each time coming here, hoping in turn we will get expert guidance/advice and at the very least, some care and compassion, however our experiences left us with a long lasting negative experience in circumstances that were already upsetting.
