Doctor Tu seemed fine. He answered all my questions. His staff needs a lesson in customer service! VERY rude. I scheduled my approved reduction with the front desk for April, I said ok. she then said she would call me back. A week later and nothing. I called to check on my appt. The desk people were very rude. They basically called me a liar and said they never said April that they said March and they will call me back whenever. Talking to people like this is NOT OK!!

The absolute best doctor ever! Very meticulous and knows exactly what he is doing. I couldn’t have had a better doctor! I would use him again and recommend him to everyone!! The best!

Dr. Tu and staff are excellent, very caring and professional. They take time to listen to you, answer your questions and fully explain options, procedures and benefits as well as concerns. I had a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Tu to anyone. Excellent surgeon! I am considering a second procedure if Dr. Tu feels it would be beneficial for me.

Lynette, the front office receptionist is useless! Over 2 months and I have to call every week to check on whether or not we are going to proceed forward with my approved surgery. She left me in hold for over 20 minutes! I'm finding a new surgeon! I never receive any call backs and since she doesn't care, I'm taking my preapproval to someone who wants my money. Sad, the Dr. Tu is paying the price for her lack of care for his patients.

LESSON LEARNED. I read Dr. Tu's reviews about his staff Lynette and proceeded to schedule my emergent surgery anyway. I am suffering from silicone toxicity (Breast Implant Illness) and my health is declining daily. I consulted with Dr. Tu. about a total capsulectomy and implant removal. I scheduled with Lynette and it was all down hill from there. I was not advised of basic pre-op requirements that could have affected my surgery, phone calls & questions were ignored for weeks. I consulted Dr. Tu for a breast reduction. He went through a routine examination, showing little interest in me. Since I'd read good reviews of him, I went ahead and asked them to apply for authorization from my insurer, Cigna. When Cigna rejected the application. I called the office but got no help or support for contesting the rejection. I was told only one Cigna patient had ever been approved. Nobody had told me this before. I felt burned and upset.

Dr. Quang Tu performed a panniculectomy-removed 9 lbs. off my tummy after a 200 lb. weight loss. He did excellent work. My scar is minimal. He used sutures and created a beautiful belly button. I was never in any pain, only sore for a few days. He listened to my anxiety and was interested in my preferences. I hope to have excess skin removed off my inner thighs next. Excellent.

I absolutely loved Dr. Tu and his staff even though they see many patients each day they always made me feel like I was the only one and you do not see that to often. I went to Dr. Tu to have breast implants done and I did have some complications along the way but Dr. Tu and his staff did not hesitate on getting things done and helping me to get back to my normal self again. I could go on but I just want to get my point across. I would definitely recommend this doctor :)
