He is an extremely good surgeon with a fantastic bedside manner. Answered all my questions patiently - and I had a few - outlined the potential complications and assured me that it would be fine. It was fine. I am recovering very well.
Dr. Duh performed a successful parathyroidectomy on me May 19, 2021 and I can't say enough good things about him and the treatment I received at the San Francisco VA. He explained the entire procedure to me prior to surgery and I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery in his specialty.
Amazing person and surgeon. He is so caring, personable, spends time with his patients never makes you feel uncomfortable, explains everything and answers everything. My husband just had surgery, he called me right after and explained what was done in detail. More doctors should be like him
Dr. Duh is pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, thorough , honest, and caring physician! I went to him for assessment and treatment of my case. He used my medical records I brought and his clinical findings to make a personalized treatment. I am very impressed with the care dr. Duh provided. I am wholeheartedly recommend dr. Duh whether one needs a second opinion or surgery. He is an excellent physician!
Dr Duh is a kind, compassionate and highly skilled endocrine surgeon and head of the endocrinology clinic at UCSF. I have never had occasion to interact with a specialized surgeon who is so available to his patients and so articulate in explaining exactly what the problem is and what to expect from his surgical intervention.
