My appointment with Dr. Shroff was nothing but a highly dissatisfactory and negative experience. My appointment was scheduled for 08:15a.m. The office did not call me until 08:24a.m., which I missed but called immediately at 08:26a.m. The assistant in the office was kind enough to try to get me in touch with the doctor, which she could not. Finally, at 08:50a.m. the doctor called me and the first sentence of him was that he only has two minutes because he must see other patients. It has been a while since I was last seen by Dr. Schroff but it was a memorable experience in that I felt I was taken care of and treated like a new acquaintance not just a patient. His professionalism is outstanding. I wish he could be my only doctor!
Comes off as very concerned - listens well - makes sense.
Dr Shroff is very dedicated to his patients. He takes time to discucc your treatment progress and any need for corrections. Even when I run into him while getting my allergy shoots, he asks me how I gave been doing. I am really happy with the treatments that he has prescribed and have seen improvements in my health.
Very thorough: explained testing and procedures, answered questions, described treatment, didn't rush, showed sincere concern.
Dr. Shroff and the staff were great. I was truely impressed by Dr. Shroff, he took the time to understand my health condition and the same time he was honest and caring with me. I highly recommend Dr. Shroff.
Dr. Shroff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to review all of your health issues as well as allergy issues to ensure a proper diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend him and his office staff.
