After barely being able to walk, Dr. Prusmack gave me 20 years of not only skiing, surfing, climbing and mountain biking…He gave me a wonderful life with my boys!

I had surgery in 2019 to fuse L5-S1 and 2020 to fuse si joints. In 2024 ended up with a fractured sacrum as the screws to fuse the si joints were too short and never fused the si joints and the L5-S1 never fused as it was done unilaterally! In 2025 had to have major back surgery to fix failed fusions due to the way Prusmack did my surgery. Surgeon that fixed my back has had to fix several other of Prusmacks surgeries! Also little follow-up after fusion with Prusmack.
If you ever need anything done with your back, Chad Prusmack is the man to Trust. I had L4 through S1 fused 11 years ago and it has been absolutely life-changing for me. My husband also has had a surgery by Dr. Prusmack. He inserted some spring loaded clamps as disc spacers in his back and it’s also been fabulous. We could not recommend Chad or his team more ! We fully trust him. He is the best there is.
