I met Dr Prue Keith in around 2008, for a consultation on my ring finger. Dr Prue clearly explained to me the injury l had sustained, and the way she would fix the finger, and l am very grateful to have had a true professional available to me. We have recently received a very poor review and have reason to believe this person has not been seen at this practice. This is of course very disappointing and it is hard to understand the motives, but we take our reputation very seriously and try to provide our patients with as much empathy, support and information they need in order to make important decisions around their care.
