I also made the mistake of hiring this property management company. It was a nightmare. I basically managed my own property. There vendors and contractors in my opinion are a financial nightmare and that is being kind. Vendor attempting to bill years after I terminated the company. In my opinion contractor complete nightmare I dealt with on my own no help even though they connected me with this person. In my opinion avoid at all costs as an owner or renter.
