I visited this doctor's office in Irvine yesterday and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the doctor did not inquire about the reason for my visit. Instead, she immediately started discussing my thyroid issue, referencing my lab tests. Her communication was rapid and focused solely on medication dosages, not allowing me any opportunity to mention that I had recently changed my medication. Terrible experience. After getting through the unfriendly receptionists and waiting 30+ minutes for a 5 minute rushed meeting, I was met with a lack of availability for a follow-up appointment. After waiting a month for the follow-up, I received disorganized communication and last-minute preparation from her office that led to her inability to follow-through on a simple tele-health appointment. Complete waste of time and still no answers.

The worse care and attitude I have ever seen. Failed to listen and communicate, raising her voice every time I have a question! I do not recommend her. I lost 2 years with her! No progress!
