I was very satisfied with my visit
Dr Roy is an exceptional physician. She listened intently to my issues and concerns. She asked appropriate questions, and listened carefully to my answers. After listening to my issues she came up with a plan of action. I was scheduled to have a colonoscopy the next week and she decided that it would be wise to also do an endoscopy during my procedure time. Everyone was extremely helpful and loved Dr Roy. She came in before procedure to explain what she was going to do and answer any questions
Dr. Roy was very pleasant and had a calming affect on me. She explained to me what I could expect. I feel that her staff is a direct reflection on how she wants her patients to be treated and they represent her well. Everyone on her staff was professional and friendly. When I am scheduled for this procedure again I will use them again.
I would not recommend this practice. Repeated calls to the office are unanswered and the staff does not respond to questions/concerns submitted electronically. Responsiveness and follow up are horrendous. Patient care is not a priority.
Dr. Roy and the rest of the staff were awesome, they made an uncomfortable experience bearable.
I had issues for years that other doctors ignored. Dr. Roy has finally diagnosed me and is treating me for my ulcerative colitis. She takes her time & listens to me. I am a sexual abuse survivor who cannot be sedated. It doesn't work. So all of my colonoscopies are done unsedated and Dr. Roy knows how hard this is for me, not just physically but also emotionally. She helps me get through all of this and I'm not sure I could go through it with another doctor. She is amazing!
My experience with Dr. Roy has been very positive to date. She has been very attentive to my input and appears genuinely interested and concerned about my health issues. She is open to discussion about alternatives to treatment and is very knowledgeable about her field. I never feel rushed and have sufficient opportunity to present my questions. Her support staff is very helpful as well.
Very professional and had a calming outgoing personality.
