Dr Shah is an excellent endocrinologist who cares enough to listen and answer all my questions and go over my results of tests. She is very caring and compassionate. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and efficient.

Learned nothing new in my appointments which were billed under the medical group, not the doctor, which was not in network. Never received an invoice and was put into collections. I cannot get ahold of the billing department due to “high call volume”, even when trying multiple days and times of days. The doctors office will not help. The care I received was not worth the headache I am experiencing now.

Nathan is a problem. He does not understand the difference between Orders for new or repeat Lab testing and Report of testing from Lab. I have received August test results from Quest Lab thru my online patient portal. I asked Nathan how I should obtain Lab testing orders for my November appointment. He said I already have a report from August tests. I agreed that I have test REPORT but I will require an ORDER for November appointment. Nathan said,"You already have the Lab report. This doctor may be well versed with diabetes and thyroid issues, but I will never again consult with her regarding endocrine issues, as she is not seemingly familiar with chronic partial ACTH deficiency.

I had a poor experience with doctor or the staff, over a period of six months. The doctor would check her phone often during my appointment. She would forget to add things to lab request forms, so some tests were not run by the lab. She also didn't follow up on lab results that far outside their normal range. The staff, including nurses, are not professional and at times are rude. Staff also did not return calls from patients and even from other providers. I went elsewhere to have a doctor address my health issues.

Dr. Shah has guided me through a number of health issues over the past few years. Overall, I've been pleased with the quality of care I've received from her. However, the office staff is a real bummer to deal with. Labs are never pulled up for my visits. Nurses and office staff have a habit of entering the exam room multiple times during visits. They're short (if not rude) on the phone. And I'm an easy patient! Honestly, if that aspect doesn't improve I'll be looking elsewhere.

I first saw Dr. Shah about 5 months ago regarding a large lump on my neck. This was right before the Covid-19 shutdown. Dr. Shah was kind enough to see me in person to go over all my labs and examine the lump. She was very thorough and made me feel at ease as this process was very difficult knowing that it could be cancer. I recently had a follow up in office ultrasound.
