I’m very upset with how they have handle billing. I had a bill for a video call on May 2025. I didn’t get the bill until a month later in the mail. (Mind you, When I schedule the video call before I had asked the girl in the office if they’ll charge me day of. Since they have my credit card on file. She said yes.) PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING DR. KUMARAVELU 3rd Update: Do not come here with Iron Deficiency, Dr Kumaravelu refused to treat me, send me to the ER for treatment. It cost me 1235,27 Dollars. She misinformed me about when insurance grants infusions because she was too lazy to request an authorization on my behalf. There are new studies out on Ferritin, by reputable scientists. I would give the Dr. 5 stars, but this review is for the front desk staff. My 2nd time to visit. The 1st time, ai kept repeating to her that my special sister needs a different day for labs because she is a very, very hard stick as they say in phlebotomy. She kept saying it is what the Dr. wants. Finally, the Dr. herself came out & said it is okay, & issued another blood test order. Dr Kumaravelu has been my oncologist for the last five years and I have been totally impressed with her knowledge and professionalism in my case, staying on top of my needs in battling cancer. I have just finished with two years of immunotherapy and my scans are better than they have ever been, and now am into the watchful waiting phase and living life to the fullest. I credit my progress and the fact I that am still alive to Dr Kumaravelu and her staff.
