Very professional and caring
When I finally saw Dr. Cavanaugh, it was great. She is precise and efficient. All the rest of the experience at the practice is nothing less than totally unacceptable. When I booked the 2 pm appointment I was asked to arrive 1/2 hour early for the x-ray. I arrived at 1:30 sharp with only one other person in the waiting room. After filling out the paperwork I was still basically the only patient. I waited and waited, the waiting room filling up, everyone being called but me.
