Edit: had to remove a star because she referred me to one of the worst, incompetent doctors of all time!! Why would she do this? She was useless!!! Dr. Cavanaugh is an amazing doctor, the best I've had in my life. She fixed my very badly injured wrist! She seems like she genuinely cares about her job and has passion for what she does, which is extremely rare in the medical field. The entire experience was great. Almost no wait time. The PA and the doctor listened to my concerns and explained everything. Everyone in the office was very friendly.
We waited over an hour and a half for this doctor with a horrible wait staff We finally asked for a manager her name was Christeen. She was the worst person I’ve ever encountered. She walked back-and-forth like she was wearing out the carpet with no answer or no resolution then I was told the doctor is always an hour to two hours behind our time is just as valuable. We left and went to another doctor where we were much happier.
I had a pretty nasty injury to my ring finger and Dr Cavanaugh has done everything she can to preserve my mobility and ensure good healing. She has an excellent bedside manner and is super knowledgeable. Would recommend her to anyone with a hand injury…
