Dr. Cavanaugh is an amazing doctor, the best I've had in my life. She fixed my very badly injured wrist! She seems like she genuinely cares about her job and has passion for what she does, which is extremely rare in the medical field. My only complaint is that she clearly doesn't have enough time and is being overscheduled. She was somewhat short with me during appointments, but I know that she's forced to, and it's not by choice. We waited over an hour and a half for this doctor with a horrible wait staff We finally asked for a manager her name was Christeen. She was the worst person I’ve ever encountered. She walked back-and-forth like she was wearing out the carpet with no answer or no resolution then I was told the doctor is always an hour to two hours behind our time is just as valuable. We left and went to another doctor where we were much happier.
The entire experience was great. Almost no wait time. The PA and the doctor listened to my concerns and explained everything. Everyone in the office was very friendly.
Doctor and staff very professional. Everyone was very kind. Information was provided to help me understand my diagnosis. Very informative.
