Not sure why the low reviews. I’ve worked with Dr. Prisca for 10 years and she has shown solicitude and concern for my well being and worked diligently to maintain and improve my mental health. If you’re lucky enough to get on her calendar you’re going to be well taken care of and on the road to an improved state of mind. Heather, staff, is always prompt to reply to messages and help with Rx refills.
I had a consultation appointment with Dr. Nwizubo many years ago but the negative experience I had with her has stuck with me since. After initial pleasantries she began collecting my health history. She seemed incredibly suspicious of most things I said and rarely looked up from her laptop to make eye contact with me. Prisca is a warm and compassionate person and the negative reviews do not reflect or represent the experience I have had for almost 5 years of seeing her. I am a school counselor and work in an extremely stressful environment. She helps me find a balance and take care of myself while I deal on a daily basis everything from shootings, death, and the extreme trauma I help students, families, and staff deal with.
