My deck was a mess, 4 years without cleaning or staining. Dr. Pressure's Kenny D*** cleaned it one day and came back when it was fully dry to seal the wood. He also cleaned the siding on the house, the railings, the screens, and the boards outside the screening. Now my deck looks great! Thank you Kenny, I'll call again next spring for a cleaning.
