Called to set up a appointment. From the time the receptionist answered, she was very rude. Then put me on hold and never came back. Very unprofessional. That told me all I needed to know about that business.
Dr.MICKEN is a great ENDODONIST goes out of his way to explain your health history. Great nurses, Great front office staff
I had my first root canal done with Dr. Mickens and everything went well I would go back to him again if I need another root canal and I recommend all my family and friends.
I will rave over and over about Dr. Mickens and his team. From first step, to the ending stage process, all team members and Dr. Mickens were kind, caring, and very thorough. When Dr. Mickens did my RCT, he explained every step of the process and was very gentle while doing the treatment. If I ever need a root canal, this office will be my only go-to.
