Been going to Dr. K for 7-8 years. The staff is world class, very efficient and outstanding emotional intelligence. Shout out to Dr. K for having such a great office. I also appreciate Danni. Great team
Would give a zero if I could. We were patients in the past and my husband had a medical episode over a month ago and we had an appointment two weeks ago to follow up. They called three hours before and said we need to come an hour early or cancel. I rescheduled for today and called to confirm since no one followed up and they told me the appointment is on some random day/time that I would have NEVER agreed to in two weeks. The one star is due to the nurses and front staff being wonderful, very kind and efficient, but my experience with Dr. K itself was honestly awful, I’d give zero stars if I could. I got told I have a lot of “vague” symptoms, and that it’s not a heart issue. When I asked about POTs, I was simply told “no”, no elaboration, nothing. All he told me is that it’s not a heart issue. That’s it. And when I asked if he had any suggestion of what it COULD be so I could try looking elsewhere for diagnosis, he essentially shrugged and se... read more
