I have been a patient of Dr. Saxena for many years. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions to help me. She does frequently run late for appointment times, but you never feel rushed during your appointment.
I would not recommend this doctor at all. She has no compassion for her patients. She told a agoraphobic patient that cannot drive to take an Uber and will not do anything for her at all. Extremely bad advice for someone dealing with bad anxiety with being alone and not able to drive. Extremely rude on the phone. If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would. All about the money and getting you in her door.
I have been a patient of Dr Preeti Saxena for years. I agree the her past front desk person was not friendly; however, there is a new lady now who is very nice. As far as Dr Saxena goes, I love her. She goes out of her way to help find solutions to issues and does not pile on meds. I get calls at home from her regarding any urgent health problems or tests. She explains everything thoroughly. And she has a very good, personable nurse. Great practice for me!
Front desk lady is unfriendly and not pleasant to deal with. Those with appointments never get seen on time with up to an additional half hour after appointment time to wait to be seen. When calling in to speak to nurse you don’t get a call back for days.
she is wonderful with children and makes her patients feel comfortable.
