I agree with the review that Ashley Nix posted. It is completely on point. I'm giving the 3 stars for Dr Durgam, otherwise the review would be one ⭐. The office staff is rude, disorganized and it takes them days to get back to you whereas with my own neurologist in Sugarland, they answer within an hour. I'm considering transferring my Mom's care to my neurologist which would be a commute but would be worth it since the office operates so efficiently and my neurologist never runs late. Dr. Durgam is great, but that’s the only good thing about this office. Her availability for appointments is incredibly limited and must be scheduled months out. Also, their office has always been beyond disorganized. Every time I have an appointment, there is a mess up on the office’s part in some way in regard to the appointment itself, insurance, and communication. This office is just a plain hassle to deal with, and has been since I started seeing them in 2019.
Have someone answer the phone, the spruce system seems not to understand the information to realese to your Dr or provider
She is a Neurologist, not a psychiatrist. She is excellent and her staff is wonderful. Suite 680 at the Cypress location.
