I don't know Dr. Rastogi, but I do know Tina Bullard who works for him. She is the absolute best respiratory therapist out there. I had 6 great months with the BiPAP/CPAP and then it woke me up every 4 hours of sleeping. She listened to me and assured me that despite my high pressure requirements, we could find a breathing solution for me. The secret? A smaller nose fitting.
