I am scheduled with Dr. Perni for C6-7 ACDF fusion surgery on 8/11/25. Initial visits were fine and I thought Dr. Perni was an excellent listener. I also appreciated that he had my xrays and MRI imaging on the computer monitor when discussing his observations. The other two surgeons I consulted for second and third opinions apparently thought it wasn't worth their efforts to have the imaging up. I'll update this review to hopefully remain at 5 stars after I have the surgery, depending on that experience!
My 2nd surgery with Dr Perni was as successful as the first. This time I had a disc replacement and felt immediate relief! The staff and Dr. Perni are kind and helpful , making time to talk over all options. I never felt rushed during my appointments.
Dr. Perni was wonderful. I felt like he really listened to what I was telling him. I’m on the road to doing everything I ever wanted to do, WITHOUT chronic pain! Heidi and the staff are 5 star also. Back pain is awful so if you’re looking for relief, I HIGHLY recommend him.
Surgery and after care went very well. Recovery has been encouraging. Dr Perni and staff have been keeping up with my progress throughout the months.
Changed jobs while being seen as a patient. New job provided benefits day 1, took nearly 2 months to get my insurance card. Office refused to schedule follow up appointment without card in hand. I had paid for an MRI out of pocket until I could provide insurance number, but could not get a follow up to know if surgery is needed or the severity of the issue at hand.
