Not helpful at all. Very rude and condescending. Would stay away from this practice.
Dr Mettu is not like the Dr’s you see today. He doesn’t rush through your appt to get to the next patient. He sits and talks to you and finds out what’s going on. He cares about his patients and it shows in every step of the care he gives. I’d definitely recommend Dr Mettu!
I had a problem that no other doctor could find what was wrong. I went to Dr. Mettu and he found my problem. I am very thankful that I went to him.
First of all, the office notified me by mail of my medical condition. No phone call. No message on my e-chart.. A LETTER IN THE MAIL. This is extremely impersonal. When I called for more information I had to book an appointment with the nurse practitioner. I asked for my doctor to see me and the office was shocked that I wanted to speak to my doctor.
