I am a care manager for seniors. We his practice let prostate cancer go undiagnosed for a year. We didn’t find out until he went to ER with leg and back pain that we discovered it had spread to his brain. He died two weeks later. Always long wait times. Horrible patient care. Absolutely loathe the his office doc to reception.

As a new patient I filled out all forms on-line days in advance. They couldn't find them. Several others in the office had the same complaint. So far no issue, with actual medical care.

Denied service at the door for being one minute late. No one answers the phone. Fake call backs with no one on the end of the line. Voice mail conveniently doesn't work. Facility is absolutely filthy and crowded out to the curb. Absolutely unacceptable. This place needs to be shut down! It's a public health hazard.

Not. Happy with this office. They kept me waiting more than an hour. I had 11:20 appointment. I didn't see them until 12:20. Also, they didn't tell me after my procedure that I would p any pain afterwards. I was up all night with pain. I won't tell you the pain. But they should've warned me about it. Not happy with this office. I will never return again.
