I had my fourth visit today with Dr.Patel and nevertheless from his front desk staff (Natalie) to his assistant and himself have been nothing but a great experience. I came with pain and needed filling touch ups and Dr.Patel made my experience pain free. His professionalism and knowledge really made me comfortable. His assistant (Una) was very welcoming and during my treatment would ask me how I was doing and checking to see if I was comfortable even offered to hold my hand ( I’m a really anxious person ). I have been to many dentists as my job takes me around the country. This by far was the worst experience I have had. I would never claim my teeth is perfect but I do go for regular checkups (every six months) and you would think I walked in with a pair of Billy Bob teeth on. They basically wanted to do everything under the sun to my mouth except give me the cleaning I went in for. No further appointments, I'll go pay out of pocket for another dentist for a cleaning and switch my insurance from this clinic when the time comes... read more
Dr. Patel has a good heart, great patience with answering all my questions and concerns. His assistant Luba is a great lady with lots of caring and always make sure I am comfortable! Dr Patel has very good patience with answering all my questions whenever I text him and he always answer them right away .
Very nice and professional. Makes you feel comfortable and stress free. Highly recommend!
