Their office is generally understaffed and slow. I have waited multiple times only to be told that they don't even have the allergy serum for my injections ordered. On top of that, every time I visit Dr. Srinivasan he asks me what my current treatment is. Don't you have that documented? In addition, I nearly have to stand in front of the door to ask any questions. Finally, when told that the current treatment wasn't working because my symptoms and medications are at the same level after two years of allergy shots, he told me... read more
My son has allergies and sensitivities to random things. He has an EpiPen . He a reaction to something and we were told to see a dermatologist without any explanation despite my polite attempts at getting one
Dr. Srinivasan was extremely rude and did not listen to anything I had to say. Every appointment I had with him felt like it was rushed and like he was trying to get rid of me. He made multiple mistakes with my treatment schedule and refused to acknowledge his mistakes. Instead, he told me I was making it a way bigger deal than it actually was and that I was trying to tell him how to do his job. He even hung up on me when I tried to talk to him about my schedule. It seems like all he cares about is taking money from patients... read more
I have been with Dr.Krall for at least 10yrs or more. I do have Asthma and seasonal allergies, I’m happy with my care that I receive form Dr. Krall.
I wouldsent my friends and family to Doctor Krall
I honestly can't understand ANY negative reviews for Dr. Srinivasan. His office staff is extremely friendly, wait times are minimal if non-existent despite a lot of patients and he takes his time and truly makes sure you understand the issues/diagnosis. Yes...there is a lot of testing, but it's because he wants to be thorough and have an accurate diagnosis. I would highly recommend him.
Addendum to a previous review given. After 2 1/2 months, I ended up needing to change groups. My symptoms were changing and more intense, which should have affected my treatment plan. The road curved, but the doctor will unwilling to go with it and wouldn't adjust. Glad to say I'm with some another group with perhaps some better, more innovative and timely applications.
He was rude, he belittled me for asking questions, he wouldnt bother to listen to my sons history and every appointment felt like you were getting shuffled as fast as humanly possible. He won't explain things, he acts like hes a god oh and he prefered to talk my husband because Moms make everything a big deal. Oh and at one appointment my son went for xrays and we were told we would get results the next day unless the female xray tech read them because he has all of her files reread by the boss
This office is a very well run office. They are extremely busy, but you never have to wait to see the doctor. I've been to other allergist offices where you wait 45 mins to see the provider. I also like that I don't have to make an appt for my allergy injections, I can just walk in. Most of the office staff is great. The head nurse is not always the friendliest, but the other staff members are great.
