Horrible experience could not understand anything he said when I told him he picked up a pad and said you need a American doctor. I thought this is America. He was very rude and I felt like he was a bully. He ordered tests and did not get the orders right and never got back with the hospital to correct them. Never going back to him.
From beginning to end, just first appointment was a disaster. The doctor ordered a medication, but refused to get preapproval from my insurance company. The doctor ordered a CT scan but refused to fill out the paperwork for the lab office to get approval from my insurance company. Anyone that goes to him you must be desperate, and to give him five stars is beyond me how you can justify that. recently visited Dr. Patel's practice for a medical procedure, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare. The incompetence and lack of knowledge displayed by both Dr. Patel and their staff when it came to dealing with insurance matters were truly mind-boggling.
