After arriving at the appointment. I was told, after looking over my insurance they wanted me to pay $175. Just for the initial appointment. I even called my insurance. They told me, that the visit is covered. Insurance even called the office. But only the Dr deals with the insurance. But he couldn't take the call because he was with patients. Dr Prakashkumar is a rude arrogant person. Zero care for the patients or their families. Highly recommend that you avoid this practice even if you don’t have any other options. Horrible person
Very caring and knowledgeable. Appreciiated his concern and help with my medical hand issues. Highly recommend.
Horrible experience could not understand anything he said when I told him he picked up a pad and said you need a American doctor. I thought this is America. He was very rude and I felt like he was a bully. He ordered tests and did not get the orders right and never got back with the hospital to correct them. Never going back to him.
From beginning to end, just first appointment was a disaster. The doctor ordered a medication, but refused to get preapproval from my insurance company. The doctor ordered a CT scan but refused to fill out the paperwork for the lab office to get approval from my insurance company. Anyone that goes to him you must be desperate, and to give him five stars is beyond me how you can justify that.
