HORRIBLE! Procedure scheduled 3 months. Waits till Friday at 430pm to advise 1381.00 copay for Sat morning procedure. Unkn cost for the anesthesia? Staff is clueless. Go to a Veterinarian before here!
Find another doctor. Had to file a complaint with insurance after they were impossible to get on the phone, neglected to refill a prescription that the doctor claimed was vital, and scheduled an appointment for 3 months out even though testing had shown that the matter was urgent. This doctor and their staff does not care about their patients or their well-being.
Waited about 2 hours at this office only to book another appointment. No equipment works in here. Also had to move rooms twice because of the lack of equipment working. Staff was also not friendly
My dad’s follow up appointment was rescheduled twice by the office staff, which was no problem to begin with. My dad is handicapped and it’s hard for him to go out. We showed up for the appointment today and receptionist said he can’t be seen because his Medicare is not contracted with provider. She wanted to reschedule and I asked why was it contracted the first time. She then said doctor is not in today and we called you yesterday to reschedule.
