I have been going to Dr Patel‘s office for over 20 years. He used to be great but you’re only as good as your staff. It has taken over four months to get my daughters medication‘s and three months for my other daughters medication. This is with me calling multiple times going into the office trying to assist and being treated rudely each time. Missing work to try to get their meds. I have been going to Dr. Patel for more than 20 years. He understands my immune system problem and has literally saved my life. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Patel has made me feel 100% again. He listens, with compassion and concern. He has gotten my allergies under control. Definitely recommend him.

Dr Patel is a fair doctor but the issue is the offfice. It is difficult to make appointments and they always run very late. We were promised that once we started the allergy shots the process would be quicker but we cannot get the shot without waiting a very long time. Count on an hour just to get a shot before you wait 30mins to be able to go. The staff is never in a hurry so nobody seems to care. They need to be more considerate of people’s time and way more efficient. Hate to give bad rev

Excellent experience, he discovered the cause of my allergies and provided treatments to choose from. I am breathing better now.

Excellent Allergist/Immunologist. He hears and explains everything to the patient. He takes his time with each patient. Due to this you have to wait more than normal in his office. But I don't mind to wait in order to be seen by a highly qualified and caring physician.

Treated rudely by staff the minute we walked through the door . Made to wait over an hour with my 8 year old daughter even though we arrived on time with all paperwork completed. After a half hour, we thought we were going to be seen, but the nurse just came in to ask us to move to a different room, this with my daughter on crutches and having difficulty walking. I said no. No apologies offered. Was told the dr wasn't backed up despite our 1 hr 10 minutes wait. We won't be back.
