I have been a patient for a few years, Dr. is very compassionate and caring. However one of the schedulers, scheduled my mom at the wrong location, she scheduled her for the Novi location and it was supposed to be for the Farmington location & we did not find this out until after I drove for about 35-40 minutes. When we arrived there was nobody there, housekeeping informed us that the staff had gone home for the day. When I called the Farmington location to inform them, my mom received an appointment for the next day.
