Very caring, kind and knowledgeable. Addresses all questions and concerns and even takes the time to answer promptly if you think of something after your appointment. Plus his staff are caring and thorough. Has great convenient hours for working people and very flexible with scheduling. I like that he personally called to explain result of biopsy even though wasn’t majorly negative result. Dr Poulton is proactive and addresses concerns or requests from patients with great skil knowledge and professionalism
Unnecessarily remove moles to bill or them. Excisions skills are poor. Leaves excised areas painful and scarred
He rushed every visit and when I came back with concerns he brushed them off. I was concerned that my incision was infected/I was rejecting the deep stitches that were placed in my arm. This was brushed off and I was assured they would dissolve in time. Fast forward a week, my incision is still not healed (1+ month after my initial visit) and I just pulled a 2cm piece is stitching out of my arm. I understand that this is not necessarily all his fault, but I wasn’t listened to when I came back for my concerns.
Today I visited to remove a sebaceous cyst on the breast! Dr. Poulton removed the cyst without needle pain or sutures. He is the best surgeon I have ever seen.
I would recommend anyone to Dr. Poulton. Himself and his staff are very kind and they have great bedside manner
Outstanding service by the Doctor and his staff. With my family history of skin cancer, I visit the office at least once per year for a checkup. Dr. Poulton is a total professional who does not take any chances. His biopsies are quick and painless, and his staff is very prompt when delivering results. I will continue to be a patient for many years to come!
