Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes. Saw the doctor for 30 seconds. This is not right!
Patient's time not valued. Doctor is good BUT his staff schedule multiple patients at the same time. I arrived on time for my appt and after waiting for ONE HOUR asked reception how much longer. I was told THREE more patients were before me. At only 15 minutes per patient the wait would have been at the very least 45 MORE minutes.
New location is very nice. The wait is typically not long and Dr. Garcia is patient and listens to your concerns.
Don't waste your time with this office.
