Jason by far saved me big time. I was referred to him by a very good friend. I called and explained to him that what was happening. I had no power to my pool. He had me check a few things and we confirmed he would probably need to come out. He did ask how handy I was and I said decent. He said to try one more thing and let him know. Last night there was a freeze here in League City, my pool filter ran in freeze protection mode. When we checked the filter it had shut down and any attempt to start it caused water spewing everywhere. After multiple attempts to find a pool repair service I was fortunate to connect with Jason of Dr. Pool. He rescued us! He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered an option of solutions. Jason was super friendly kind very professional and reasonable. I highly recommend him and the Dr Pool services!!!!
Dr Pool customer service has always been awesome. They know exactly what to do when any problem comes up and is handled in a timely manner. Very friendly staff. Not to mention the owner is always willing to answer my questions! A+ company!
