I contacted Dr Pool for a 3rd opinion on an issue with our salt pool. He was the first to clearly explain what he believed the issue is. He responded quickly after my call and even followed up after the visit and with his rep to confirm his diagnosis.
Dr. Pool to the rescue! I am so incredibly thankful. The storm blew my heavy Traeger into my pool. I was so sick to my stomach worried about how I would ever get it cleaned up. Called Dr. Pool they were here within hours and my pool looks brand new! Thank you so so much for your amazing service over the years and especially yesterday.
Jason is the absolute best!!! He’s been our only pool guy for 8 years and he NEVER disappoints!!! We travel a lot and he always has our back to take care of any need!! He’s a great and honest businessman but also a very kind soul!!! The world needs more like him!!
Jason by far saved me big time. I was referred to him by a very good friend. I called and explained to him that what was happening. I had no power to my pool. He had me check a few things and we confirmed he would probably need to come out. He did ask how handy I was and I said decent. He said to try one more thing and let him know.
