Lovely polite reception staff. Dr Kozan is super thorough, she looks at the whole of the patient, not just what you were referred for, she is blunt without being rude. It is a wait to get in & see her, but as one of only 2 Endocrinologists in town, you have to accept that. No trouble with apts once you are on her books.
