The greatest Neurosurgeon that I could ever get. Dr. Jethwa and his P.A. Dean Barone saved me from paralyzation...The rare spinal cord disease of Syringomyelia that I have is quite horrible but they have and continue to give me hope!!! Dr. Jethwa saved my life in 2015, when my brain aneurysm ruptured whilst on the beach at Ocean Grove! Rushed to JSMC, into surgery within a few hours, with Dr. Jethwa. Skillful and compassionate, Dr. Jethwa knows his stuff. He works endoscopically, so I did not end up with a row of staples, but one small indentation, behind my hairline, not at all visible! On June 15, 2019 Dr. Pinakin Jethwa performed an emergency Thrombectomy procedure at JSH and removed a 4" blood clot from the right side of my brain!! I have recovered 100%. In summary, I feel free to say not only is he a subject matter expert in his field, but is also a gentlemen! I highly recommend him!! He is a 10 out of 10.
