I was referred to Kadlec GI and have been trying to call for a week now to schedule my appointment. I have left 3 messages with the referral coordinator and 2 messages with the clinic manager and have yet to receive a call back or even be able to schedule an appointment. I’ve had 2 ER visits due to my GI issue and have explained that my symptoms are worsening instead of improving yet for some reason I still cannot seem to get an appointment scheduled. first of all I brought my mother in for vomiting and chest pain. I was telling the nurse mom chest was hurting. the doctor comes in and gets in my face. he said i needed to leave and calm down. i tried and he blocked me in wouldn't let me leave. then my mom asked him to let me stay and they told her no. knowing she was in pain. and needed me . something has to be done with these doctor attitudes
