Do yourself a favor and find another PCP. Save yourself the headaches. They don’t give out referral to see a specialist. I have reported them to insurance for QA. I have nothing against Dr. Semrani. However the office manager, Jessica that handles referral is terrible at her job. To get a simple referral to see a specialist is like pulling teeth. Lied multiple times about my insurance, put me through the wringer made me call different providers to get a referral and I still don’t have the referral i desire. She lied saying r... read more

I emailed twice about my concerns regarding their front desk receptionist. After the first email I was apologized and told that it would be handled and me and my family would be taken care of. I’ve called and called and am placed on hold or when I do hear from the girl shana she’s passive aggressive and rude. Am disappointed to be recommended here because the Dr, manager, ESPECIALLY front desk, NONE of the staff obviously care about their patients. I don’t know how they have any business. have no problem with Dr. Pierre Semrani; he is a good doctor. However, the receptionist is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Today, I called the office many times—about 35 times—and every call went to voicemail. No one answered. Finally, I became frustrated and drove to the office myself.
