I emailed twice about my concerns regarding their front desk receptionist. After the first email I was apologized and told that it would be handled and me and my family would be taken care of. I’ve called and called and am placed on hold or when I do hear from the girl shana she’s passive aggressive and rude. have no problem with Dr. Pierre Semrani; he is a good doctor. However, the receptionist is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Today, I called the office many times—about 35 times—and every call went to voicemail. No one answered. Finally, I became frustrated and drove to the office myself. Very bad staff and unorganized people including Dr. who rushes the patient visit as he had to attend to someone or something more important. Very disappointing!
He ghastly taken great care of me for many many years. He's a real sweetheart!!
