He ghastly taken great care of me for many many years. He's a real sweetheart!!
The office staff was very unprofessional. The receptionist Chelsea that smelt like straight alcohol was so rude and raised her voice at me when I called her out on the alcohol smell on her breath. It took forever to just get checked in. The doctor was very nice and said the issue would be dealt with. The check out process was just as long as the same receptionist Chelsea was still rude and obviously drunk at work. I seriously hope that she gets some help.
Ashlee is very rude unprofessional. I wanted to make an appointment with dr semrani but she changed my mind with her attitude and lack of knowledge.
The staff has become so much better. I came with my sister and my mom. They treated my mom so well as a new patient. The doctor listened to us and the front staff was fantastic at getting her referrals out the same day. 10/10
