Dr Khoury and Dr. Villafani are great, but the billing department could not be worse. Millenium owes me $230.06 for Villafani and imaging. Billing stated a 6 - 8 week process to issue the refund. Millenium would not credit my VISA, only a check. However, to see Dr Khoury I owe Millenium 34.77$ that can not be pulled from the other 2 doctor 230$ credits plus I owe the 20$ charge for the office visit.
