My husband saw him a couple years ago we didn't get any results i called nurse said blocked carotid I ask for doc to call us never did we are at oshawa emerg as there is no pulse in his one leg faint in the other. Family doc sent us here to find out his report had no results that they said Dr coutu tried calling him for results and to book angiography he never did. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Everyone from the receptionist, to the ultra sound tech to the doctor are lacking. My recommendation would be to go elsewhere. After being told that my parking would be validated if I left a good review, I am satisfied with my decision to pay $9 for parking and leave an honest review.
I found Dr. Coutu very pleasant and friendly. He took his time with me and explained things well. The office staff were very nice. I had a great experience visiting this office.
I had an appt with Dr. Cotou Aug 23, 2023 pm. Reception called on August 22, 2023 to cancel the appt. Said she would call me back the following day to schedule an appt WITH consultation on the same day rather than appt Aug 23 and consult on a separate day. I agreed. I waited. No call back. I called back. Said she was in the stairwell and would call me back Friday. Waited. No call back to this day. Today I saw my family doctor who told me the office said I missed my appt. Seriously!!!!!
