I’ve gone here for years with no issue until today. Christine who answers the phone is horrible. They do not care about their patients here. Money hungry and zero regard for people. Finding a new dermatologist ASAP.
Love Dr. Smith and Jay! They always take their time, are so attentive, kind and caring. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
12/9 had 2nd Vbeam treatment for rosacea and then she zapped my blood vessels (I think?) And froze my bottom lip which has been peeling and she said it was due to sun damage. They told me the spots would turn purple and go away within 2 to 3 days. Next day I called about my rosacea and sent pictures and they did call me back and told me everything was normal 12/15 (day 6) I sent another email with pictures saying how the spots were still very red. I’ve been going to Huntington Derm for over 14 years. Dr Smith is extremely knowledgeable, caring and thorough! She never makes you feel like you’re a number. She acts like she loves her job and patients because she DOES love her job and patients! I was referred to her many years ago for a rash on my face. It was horrible and itchy. I took matters into my own hands before seeing her and she was very caring and helpful to guide me in another direction, as well as save my almost dying skin!!
