Out of the 3 repair shops I've tried they have the best prices hands down and are quick and knowledgeable
I took my tablet to the Dr. Phonez location in the Forum. The people there were professional, gave me a receipt for my device, texted to give me an update, and had it fixed the same day!
Great experience, got my iPhone fixed at a great price, and in less than 20 minutes! Professional, great quality, and excellent service. Couldn’t recommend this place more
I took my Apple Watch (which had a broken screen) to a different place in the Forum and they wanted over $180 to look at it-that didn’t include parts or labor. I went to Dr. Phonez and when they told me it would be $86 I asked how much with parts and they said that included parts! They also replaced my battery for $10 but they texted me before doing it which I really appreciate. I will recommend y’all to anyone who asks! Great customer service and communication! I’m greatly impressed!
